Sand worked with a single family developer to meet zoning density requirements which allowed Sand to develop West View Estates in Plymouth, Minnesota, as a 67 unit multifamily apartment building.  West View Estates features four stories above underground parking with a community room, outdoor play area and incorporates MN Green Communities criteria.
